Hello friend, the fact that you are on this page means that you are interested in our other work. And thank you for that. As have been explained elsewhere, everything we do is under The Complete You Ministry and we aim to serve one general purpose; making abundant life through the word of God. This is the whole reason for everything. And thus, below are the links to our every work;

The Serious Call: Here is How You Can Interpret Any Verse in Bible (Part 1)

In an era of charismatic movement (s), men and women of God, claiming to be under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, keep interpreting same Biblical books, Chapters, and Verses differently.

NB: Have you ever visited our AMAZON bookstore? Do it here now
Questioned about this, each one of us throws up a defense in the name of the Holy Spirit who, as we claim, reveals different things to different people as He wishes. We simply forget or adamantly ignore the truth that even the Bible itself is the Spirit’s revelation and, painfully to us, the Spirit is one.
If He is one and the Bible is His own revelation, then (at least logically) there should not be contradictions or differences in our interpretations no matter where, who, when, and what circumstances we are in. Nevertheless, it does not happen this way; we never agree on one interpretation! What can we do about it? Let us see how we can harmonize all our interpretations.

Doctrines of Grace: What is Calvinism?

Who Calvin is, the times he lived in, the books or works he accomplished, and everything about him have been covered by many and in a more profound way than I would, and so we will not go into that. However, if you wanna know about him, I recommend John Piper's writings about John Calvin. Yeah, Piper writes about church fathers in a more profound and moving way. I have met many of these 'old' heroes in John Piper's works. And if you have no access, just request; I have something I can send to you.  So, what did John Calvin really teach? He taught this one; TULIP. Let us explain.
1. T-Total Depravity. This simply means that humans are dead, spiritually rotten in sin before the Spirit of God graciously awakens them to seeing God's glory. In other words, sinners cannot decide to obey God or receive Jesus. We are naturally dead and we cannot raise ourselves out of it. All men (without Christ) are naturally evil and poisonous serpents, murderers, and enemies of God.

Matthew 5:21-22: Grading sins! Which one is the worst?

“You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ However, I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell" (Matthew 5:21-22)
Exactly, what is Jesus trying to say? He is simply saying that, yes, anyone who commits murder is liable to judgment. And so is anyone who abuses another friend using words like "Mbwa gwe.”
Yesterday, I was discussing with a friend concerning the sin of homosexuality. This person said that homosexuality is a great sin. He added; it is the only reason people of Gomorrah were destroyed! He went on and narrated how homosexuals have no reason for what they do. All these were good points until I asked him; so what about prostitutes, thieves, and all liars?
He tattled; "99% of pro…

The SONG of the week (Romance): 'Naked' by James Arthur

There is this song called 'Naked' not by Celine Dion but by James Arthur. This is my song of the week. If you have not watched the video, please, try. Your emotions and ways with love will not be the same again.

While, for most songs, the lyrics are and maybe the voice are usually emotionally moving than the today's swaggerific videos, Arthur's song shall move your emotions most when you watch the video.

In the Video, James Arthur is seated with a woman who, I think, he loves so much and they are in front of a TV camera ready to go live (live interview). As they go live, Bonas (the lady; by the way, she ever dated Prince Harry) is afraid or pretends she doesn't love James and she is good at hiding issues in front of the camera. But considering her 'discomfortness' when the camera is off, it is clear she is also not okay with their relationship status.

God Doesn't Help Those Who Help Themselves!

The most barbaric lie: God helps those who help themselves!
God does not help those who help themselves, but those who do not move even an inch to help themselves. There is no single minute or second in your whole life when you can help yourself to accomplish even the 'stupidiest' task under the sun.
Yesterday, I heard a motivational speaker on radio saying that there are issues she deals with herself and there are those she just hands over to God and offers herself peace of mind. And that was barbaric too. For God's sake, she does not even handle her eating or sitting herself!
The preachers of above thoughts are assuming that there are some easy issues in our lives that we can handle ourselves minus first waking up God. The preachers of 'God helps those who help themselves' is simply assuming that at least there are some tasks we can accomplish minus first involving God. And I ask; which tasks under this sun can you make happen minus God's input, minus His grace…

We Never Wanna Worship God, But We Are Moved!

We don't worship God because we want to; we worship Him because we are moved to. None of us has the desire to give glory and praise to God, not even the most humble ones among us. But when we see God, experience the mystery of His love and greatness, we stand in awe and have no any other option but to worship. As I had already stated, worshiping and all things we do in obedience are not our doing but God's!

I have been looking at some biblical verses that call us into worshiping God; Hebrew 12:28-29 (therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe for our God is a consuming fire), Romans 12:1-2 (therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-this is your true and proper worship). We worship God in admiration and awe of His love and greatness and not because we want to or are asked …
