Talk and get tired while we move on

You see, in Uganda, people will talk and talk about a new happening but after only one week, they will have forgotten. Actually, there is a book that i read about why we should not be bothered by what people talk about us and it reminded us that people have a lot on their mind and our life or lives is not gonna occupy their minds for long. So while you may see a group of people and think they are talking about you, they actually be doing a totally different story. My friend Mercellitta told me a story about a guy who finally avoided going for football matches simply because he used to think they are talking about him every time the players converged together as a group. That is a disease.

Anyway, my today`s point is that even when people talk about you, it won`t last and you will achieve what you want. Observe, the stories of pornography and homosexuality bills came and in few days fade away, the stories of Amama Mbabazi, Elias Rukwago, KCCA and the death of a child, the desire Luzinda`s nude photos, the house maid and the child torture, the arrest of FDC guy and his consequent disappearance all came up in days and vanished. People are now on Katiikiro`s project but soon it will be over and he will have walked away with his money.

So whatever you want to do, just do it. Actually, i am wondering what makes us delay to do what we believe is gonna help us because we think we are gonna be a talk in the town. Please, we won`t talk about you for long and yet you will achieved your desire once and for all. So Museveni should fire away more opposers, KCCA should push away more food vendors, Thieves should embezzle more money, and eeh pastors should calculate their congregation more for we will talk and talk but they will have achieved their ends. Eeeh what about us who are interested in doing good?

If people are not scared to fornicate, if they do not fear to steal or kill, if people are determined to betray their loved ones, how come we who are interested in doing good fear? This is madness. If you have what you wanna do, go out and do it. Truly, we will talk about you but it will only be for a day and you will enjoy your achievement for long, if not forever. That is it-Nemvicx.
